College level activities often direct students studying life-span development to complete their own Tapestry forms. When complete, the students are asked to hold up their forms so classmates can see that each student has had a colorful life (so far) and indicated important events (private events are not disclosed). Class discussions may include event trends as well as how students imagine older adults adapting to life events. Discussion may include analysis of functional and dysfunctional adaptation skills, patterns of behavior surrounding critical events, and future research projects with older adults.

We now offer a Self Discovery Tapestry Student Edition.
